Nice to meet you! I am a licensed marriage and family therapist with over twenty years of experience in the field. I work with all age groups, from children to adults. My clinical approach is nonjudgmental, integrative, and 'you' focused. I offer a safe place to share, explore, heal, and to support moving forward.

Within my own journey, I allow myself to feel the feelings and thoughtfully respond in a healthy and productive way. I believe in self-care which usually includes spending time outdoors, whether it be hiking, running, or sitting on a bench and reading a book.
