Question-Persuade-Refer (QPR) training (April)

Suicide was on the rise in CT even before the pandemic, and now so many more people are struggling. Someone you know may be seriously considering suicide. Do you know how to recognize warning signs? What would you say and do? QPR is a 1.5 hour training using videos, slides, and group role play to help you feel ready to reach out to someone in distress and use a simple 3-step process to help connect them to support. This is an evidence-based training and you will receive a certificate good for 3 years that you are a QPR Gatekeeper.
