5-Week Mindfulness Meditation Mini-Series

Every Wednesday Starting March 11th until April 8th

Ever find yourself feeling stressed, depressed or simply overwhelmed? Come join us for a 5-week mindfulness meditation mini-series that has been built specifically for high school students. Experience the positive impact this practice can have on your mental and physical health!

Mindfulness meditation is a powerful form of self-care that can be practiced anytime and anywhere. In a small group setting, learn how to: reduce stress and anxiety, manage difficult emotions, improve focus, and find compassion and empathy for yourself and others.
