Dayna Macari (she/her)
Project Coordinator, The Norwalk Partnership
Dayna joins Positive Directions with a wealth of volunteer service in the Norwalk Community.
Dayna owned and operated an organization service. She helped clients let go of things—gently and without judgment—guiding them through the emotional journey of donating and disposing of excess stuff. She took great pride in transforming the lives and spaces of her clients. Dayna is also a dedicated volunteer, having served for three years as an elementary school PTO President with a talent for fundraising. Her efforts enabled teachers to add much-needed books, software, and school supplies to their classrooms. She also held a four-year seat with the McMahon High School PTO wear she volunteered and helped in many aspects of the high school. Her other love was helping to run the McMahon football team for four years and organized an annual golf tournament to help the football team afford uniforms and transportation and many other needs.
When she is not volunteering and helping out in the community she works as an Executive Administrator and Organizational Consultant, Dayna supervises Dr. Manfredo Curtis’s (Manfredo Curtis Associates) calendar, a packed schedule that includes advisory sessions with CEOs, consultations with MCA executive coaches, and MCA HPT™ working sessions with l commitment to exceptional client service, particularly her ability to anticipate a client need, makes her an indispensable member of the MCA team.
