COVID-19 Resources

With levels of anxiety and concern rising daily due to COVID-19, particularly in our community, we are temporarily closing our physical office, and will be working remotely until at least March 27th.
We are committed to continuing therapy services uninterrupted during this time with a HIPAA-compliant teletherapy option, called doxy.me. We are also offering a virtual support group for adults of all ages. For more information, please call (203) 227-7644.
We're all feeling anxious about the coronavirus and concerned about isolation in the coming weeks. Just remember: Social distancing doesn't have to mean social isolation! In fact, staying engaged with others is the best way to manage the stress, focus on positives, and worry less--even at home. Enclosed are regional resources to stay connected virtually and supported!
