Ashley Fusella
Clinical Intern
Ashley Fusella joins Positive Directions as our Fall 2023 Intern. She is currently a Senior at Sacred Heart University with the intent of graduating this Spring 2024 with a B.S. in Psychology and continuing her education post graduation in Clinical Mental Health Counseling or Speech-Language Pathology in a Master's program. She has a wide variety of experience in working with nonprofit organizations and clinics, and enjoys the responsibility of serving others. Ashley thrives off a driven and motivated environment, whereby she can collaborate with others' thinking and ideas. She also appreciates challenges of any kind and loves to step outside of her comfort zone. She is simply passionate about helping others, and has sought this out to be the core value of her future career goals. In her free time, she stays involved in her position as Captain of the Sacred Heart Peer Ministry Team, loves to spend time making memories with her friends and family, and trying new foods. A quote she lives by is stated as follows, 'no beauty shines brighter than a good heart'.
