Positive Directions is pleased to announce that Katie Liebenberg, Psy.D. has joined Positive Directions as the Director of Adolescent Services.

Dr. Liebenberg received her doctorate in clinical psychology specializing in children and adolescents. Her therapeutic expertise includes mood disorders, substance abuse and dual diagnosis and school related issues. Dr. Liebenberg earned her Psy.D. at George Washington University. Most recently with Four Winds Hospital in Katonah, NY she provided care for children and adolescents in the partial hospitalization program.

In welcoming Dr. Liebenberg, Positive Directions’ executive director Marty Hauhuth said “Katie’s qualifications and experience are a perfect fit for the adolescent services we provide to families and which have developed into such a valuable resource and increasingly utilized program in the community.
